If you are stuck with "Preflight Update" or "Waiting for Solo" I can fix it. I will update your Solo to the latest available firmware for you.

1. Update the Solo and Controller to the latest available firmware.
2. Pair the Solo to the Controller.
3. Calibrate the IMU and Compass.
4. Test fly.

Note: The original cardboard box is most efficient for shipping but sending it in the backpack or another box is ok. If using another box, make sure it is packed well enough not to be damaged.

No batteries necessary. I have batteries to use during the process so to save shipping cost don't send any batteries.

PLEASE NOTE SHIPPING: The shipping cost you are charged at checkout is for the return shipping. It will be adjusted to the actual cost before it is shipped back to you. If you have over paid compared to the actual shipping cost you will be refunded the difference. By the same token, if your shipping cost is more you will get an email notification with the actual cost of shipping so you can pay the difference.
